Will a daily achievement goal keep you on track or create unnecessary pressure?

The answer is that it depends on how you operate. For some people the daily pressure might get to them, make them feel like it is insurmountable, cause them to freeze and not take action. While others might flourish under the pressure, perform at an even higher

level and keep them on point.


One usually knows on which side of the fence they may fall.
