When you are about to or have to do the things, what do you tend to say to yourself?
Ugh, I hate doing this. or Why do I have to do it I wish I had a fairy to get this done.
Why do you not want to do it?
Then understand how that aligns with who you believe you are or your capacity to be.
If you take a moment, use some mindfulness techniques or techniques to uncover the subconscious thought process going on in your head, you can quickly and easily uncover the “why”.
What to do with this after you know why you can’t get motivated, that is another question.
