So most people fail to map or plan how they will achieve the goal.
Goal: i want to lose 20 lbs by Spring
Plan: I will work out every day & eat healthily
Looks good on the surface but what does it really mean. If you don’t already work out every day. What will you actually do? How do you know you will do it? When will you do it? How will it become a habit change so you can engage consistently?
Another reason people might fail to create or take the proper steps is simply ignorance. They haven't researched what it really takes to achieve that thing.
Finally, a big reason most people who don’t achieve their goals even if they set it and written down the steps is because they haven’t changed who they are at their subconscious level. In fact, if you do this first everything becomes a million times easier.
