I met and missed my 2019 goals. I plan for that. I try and set about 50% of my goals to be super-reach goals. I figure if I miss them, I have learned a lot since they were so big. The others I have met.

I am also not the type to be hard on myself if I miss a super reach goal, so setting it or missing it does not stress me out. If you are someone who gets stressed I would not set too many goals that are super-reach goals that might stress you out.

I am going to try 0 caffeine (other than tea) again.

I am going to try zero diet coke again. (I had a few fall offs, not many, hit 85% so maybe in 2020 I can actually achieve 95%-100%.
