How do engineers and architects achieve their business goals through marketing?

I am not sure I am understanding this question clearly enough to answer it properly. If you were a client I would have to understand what the goal is. If the goal is to build, grow and scale business and you had sufficient infrastructure in place, Marketing would be used to increase brand exposure and leads.

 

Every business is in the Marketing business.

 

Every business requires marketing to become “successful” - no matter how you define success, the word has to get out about your business or you would not reach your target market.

 

Marketing would affect all aspects of the business in that if the goal is to hire employees, you need business and work for the employee to do. If you are a solo and need work to do, marketing brings in the clients.

 

Most business goals set will be connected to marketing either directly or indirectly.
