How do I end self procrastinating?

How can you end self procrastination? First, by understanding why you are doing it to begin with.

 

Sometimes we procrastinate simply because we don’t enjoy the task at hand, like maybe data entry or making phone calls.

 

Other times, it is much deeper than that and can be a form of self sabotage. There are times when we think we don’t like a task, such as making phone calls, but really there is an underlying fear (such as fear of rejection) that is causing us to not take the necessary action to reach our goals.

 

If you know that it is self sabotage, then you can try to become aware of your underlying subconscious thoughts. Because, it is these thoughts that are causing you to not act in alignment with

what you want.
