What are your goals for 2019? Have you started?

I set goals every year. I believe that we have to consciously direct ourselves or else be subject to our subconscious results…


I also believe that we should not sweat our goals too much. When too much emphasis is placed on a number or destination, depending on the type of person you are, it might actually interfere with your reaching said goal. Like if you stress out way too much over this imaginary line in the sand…


My goals for 2019 were more geared toward business/health since I have everything I want personally.


I have already started to achieve my goals. Everything from creating my first web-based coaching platform to engaging in group coaching so that I can reach more people at a lower price point. I have also begun to take on new companies as an incubator of sorts in an effort to expand my skills, learn businesses I know nothing about and increase capital.
