WHAT TO EXPECT

1.  Please look for an email to the inbox of the email you used to purchase the program, where you will be sent login credentials and asked to enter a password.

​

2. Log in and begin with the intro video and join the private Facebook group.  It is in this group where you will be able to ask Coach Kirsten direct questions while also hearing from others in the group.

​

3. Network in the group, post who you are and what you hope to achieve over the next 8 weeks.

​

4. Take the initial survey, then just put it aside.  Later on, you can retake it and see where you have improved and where you have not.
